- Do you know how much you'd like to pay this person? We can help you establish the
market rate for any position.
- How soon, or when would you like to hire this person?
- Make it easy for me to connect with you. Tell me your company, department, phone number, etc..
- If you don't know us, consider coming to a management seminar. The same principles are
applied to all our recruiting decisions. Domain skills are easy to establish. Character and
work ethic, those are most important and more difficult. Our seminars teach you how to
get at that part of a human being.

Our service, a la carte or full cycle.
- An existing, current, live data base of candidates at various stages of evaluation and interview.
- All levels. Our HR team is made up of senior and junior HR staff. Clerical, admin and junior positions are handled at one level. Senior, management and executive recruiting is
handled at another level.
- We work by the hour and can do as little or as much of the work as you instruct us to do.
You may assign us a full recruit, start to finish. Or, we can do one part of the process.
Some clients use us only to find candidates and they take it from there. Other clients use
us only for final hiring interviews. They do all the work but before making a hiring decision,
they let us verify their choices.
Our ala carte services can include:
- Simply finding you a resume
- Sending you rough screened candidates.
- Sending you fully interviewed candidates.
- Psychological testing, reference checking, employment verification.
- Final hiring interviews.
